Personal Support Workers (PSWs) who partner with OmHarmony enjoy flexible scheduling, a strong work-life balance, and the unique rewards of community-based care. Working within supportive, team-based environments, our caregivers collaborate closely with families and care coordinators. This approach allows them to focus on a select group of clients, deliver consistent high-quality care, and make a real difference in the lives of the people they serve.
We are seeking dedicated Personal Support Workers (PSWs) and Home Support Workers who are passionate about making a positive impact on their clients' wellness.
This is initially a Contract position with strong potential to transition into a Full-Time position based in Kitchener, Ontario, within our Visiting Caregiver Program, providing care directly in the client’s home.

What The Role Involves
- Implementing and supporting the client's custom In-Home Care Plan, working independently or alongside community coordinators.
- Assisting with personal care routines (bathing, grooming, dressing, physical transfers) and companionships (walks, salon, grocery shopping).
- Providing medication assistance (reminders, tracking) and nutritious meal preparation one-on-one in client home settings.
- Communicating, documenting, and liaising with family members and coordinators on status updates.
What You Bring
- Personal Support Worker (PSW) certificate or aligned healthcare support degree/diploma.
- Current First Aid & CPR Certification.
- Current Vulnerable Sector Check (VSC) and clear background check.
- Current immunization records, including 2-step TB test clearance.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills and excellent English verbal and written communication.
